NECM
Frontline Community Church Partners with North End Community Ministries (NECM).
NECM is a food pantry that serves the north end of Grand Rapids. They provide groceries to individuals or families who are in a crisis situation. They also work to educate on healthy living and provide a supper house where families and individuals can get a free meal.
Get Involved
Currently at Frontline, we are collecting hygiene items for NECM. Individuals who come to NECM for food items typically do not receive any hygiene items. These are items that are not covered under WIC or food stamps. We will be collecting hygiene items to put together as baskets to be handed out at the NECM Supper House. Pastor Brian will be leading a special worship time at the Supper House on December 15 while we are handing out the hygiene kits. The collection for these kits will run through Sunday, December 11. You may bring these items into Frontline and drop off at the NECM Christmas tree located in the main lobby area outside of the Worship Center. If you would like to be a part of the evening of December 15 to hand out the kits, please email missions at Frontline.
Hygiene items include:
Shampoo
Soap
Conditioner
Body Wash
Deodorant
Toothpaste
Shavers
Toothbrushes
The NECM Supper House is in constant need for volunteers to serve meals to families or individuals who wouldn't get one otherwise. This event takes place every Tuesday or Thursday evening from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. If you are interested in being a part of this, please email missions at Frontline.
