Frontline offers a childcare reimbursement for Frontline Small Groups who meet in a location outside of Frontline. This is not intended to totally cover the cost of childcare, but is designed to subsidize part of the cost to make it possible for every person to attend and provide great care for their children while they attend a Small Group. Because of this, we offer a reimbursement fee of $3/hour for each child (max of 2 hours). This form should be submitted once a month by the Small Group Leader and will be sent to the address below via check through USPS.
